What to tell us when you make an appointment
In order for our reception team to assist you in the most appropriate way, they will ask you to tell them a little bit about your concerns or health need. This is so they can determine how urgent your need is and how much time you may need with your GP or nurse. When making an appointment, please provide reception with as much information as possible so they fully understand your needs. If your concern is private, we understand and respect your right to privacy. In this case, please let reception know if your need is urgent and if you feel you will need a longer appointment with your clinician.
